因为如果指代医院,翻译不通啊,只能翻译为contract,后面的从句意思才通顺啊。
who只能指代什么,那还得看后面的从句意思.假如后面谓语动词是单数,那只能指代D,如果是复数形式,那指代BCD三个人。
一般情况都是指代就近的，但不能绝对，
