We need people who excel in a challenging and dynamic work environment and want to grow with us.Currently we recruit for the following positions:
1.Project Assistant
Work location:Beijing
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales of the exhibition;
- Keep good relationship with established customers and develop new customers;
- Prepare marketing materials;
- Keep good contacts with exhibition partners,such as associations and sales agents;
- Assist in other affairs such as exhibitor service & payment collection.
Requirements:
- Below 30 years old
- At least 2 years relevant experience in sales and event organization
- Well-organized and able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Creative and passionate with work
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill,and able to work under pressure;
- University graduate or above.
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good computer skills in MS Windows and Office;
2.Accounting Assistant
Work location:Beijing
Responsibilities:
- Daily bank transaction;
- Cash reimbursement;
- Project invoice issuing;
- Accounting voucher preparing;
- Bank statement reconciliation;
- Documents / Contracts filing;
- Other task assigned by Accounting Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree,major in accounting;
- At least 1 year working experience in accounting or related working experience;
- Good knowledge of PRC accounting treatment guideline;
- Fluent in oral and written English,CET-6 or above;
- Good PC skills,knowledge and experience for Accounting Software or ERP system is preferred;
- Team work spirit,high responsibilities,self-motivate.
