摘要：传统语文课堂教学模式存在重教法、轻学法,活动少、效率低,功利性强等问题,素质教育改革的全面推进呼吁“高质量”、“高效率”的精品语文课堂.“活动单导学”模式是“高效课堂”的一种执行模式,是教学组织形式的改变和教育观念的深层次变革.“活动单导学”模式对构建高中语文高效课堂具有重要的意义,它不仅是提高语文教学效率和质量的有效抓手,提升学生听、说、读、写能力的有效途径,同时也成为促进语文教师专业成长的有效平台.对本市“活动单导学”模式的实施效果进行了深入调查,发现学生的个性得到了张扬,学生的情感得到了体验,课堂的效率得到了提高,教师的专业得到了发展.但在具体教学实践中,不少教师过分拘泥约定俗成的格式和步骤,课上更是死扣“活动单”,不敢越雷池半步,所以教师需从根本上更新教学理念,优化教学行为,才能更好地促进饱含闪光思想的高效语文课堂的生成.
